Celebrating Earth Day in all it's springtime splendor,   Green Design Center invites you to partake in the Upper Cape's most buzzed about event, the Eco-Fashion Show-Fusing Style and Sustainability on April 26th at the Cotuit Center for the Arts from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. Our fabulous runway fashion show from 4 - 5 p.m. highlights green designers and the boutiques of the Cape, Islands and Boston that support them. Project Runway's Alison Kelly plans on livening up the runway with off the cuff commentary and has also graciously designed a signature  logo for a limited run of organic cotton t-shirts and bags on sale at the show and in the  showroom. Enjoy drinks in the art gallery from 5 - 7 p.m. while mingling with local and Boston celebrities at the post-runway show reception and silent auction with organic hors d'oeuvres, organic wines and beer, and gourmet treats and coffee to end the event with a satisfied sigh. Benefiting the  Foundation, a charitable fund that supports renewable energy and environmental education programs in the community, the fashion show strives to illuminate attendees on how high-fashion sustainable clothing has become and consequently, how much healthier it is to wear.  Be the change and help our fragile planet.
